Account & Login

Penvo uses Google and Apple for authentication. If you're having trouble signing in, ensure your Google or Apple account is active. For account deletion requests, please email us with the subject line "Account Deletion".

Data Sync

Your expense data is synced across devices via Firebase. If data isn't appearing on another device, check your internet connection and ensure you're signed in with the same account.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For billing issues, refunds, or cancellation, please use your device's app store subscription management. For other questions, email us.

Bug Reports & Feature Requests

We welcome your feedback. When reporting a bug, please include your device model, OS version, app version, and steps to reproduce the issue. For feature suggestions, describe what you'd like to see and how it would help your workflow.
